I noticed, that problem occurs, when Vista is still starting, and I open the mail. Now, when I let Vista go up and I open my email few minutes afterward, the problem disappears. Very enoying! When I am working in an other system e.g. Excel or Word the mail system pops up in front and I have to minimize the window. This happens sometomes very frequently - every 15 second. I have tried many methods: 1) defining the Mail opening in minimized window, which seemed to work in that sesion, but next time I entered the problem returned. 2) I denied System to activate Mail.
