23Aug 09 Ok, it’s no longer just Pandemic II. A new Pandemic game has been established: The Great Flu. In the game player has resources and he tries to controll the spreading of the flu. Player can improve health care, send research group, close airports etc. Action available differ with the location. For a start I did not find the idea in the game, but perhaps after longer playing, the idea will be found. Try out yourself.

17Aug 09 According to Ria Novosti, “At 1:00 p.m. Moscow time [09:00 GMT], it was found 300 miles off Cape Verde islands. The crew is alive. They were taken to the Ladny frigate,” Anatoly Serdyukov said. This incident has been quite interesting. It is not knows, that ship would have hijacked at Baltic Sea for hundred years. Other interesting thing is, why would Russian nuclear submarines search missing Finnish wood ship. There has been speculations, that Arctic Sea would have carried nuclear weapons or it would be involved in arms smuggling. The truth may never be known.

7Aug 09 Few days ago, there was a huge attack against Twitter and Facebook. Now few days afterwards, we have noticed, that the target has been Georgian blogger Cyxymu. At the moment, it seems that his profiles are still down, but as we know, Cyxymu can very soon open new profiles and accounts. Person cannot be silenced these days. So instead, that operation “silence Cyxymu” would have worked, Cyxymu has become a very interesting person. Everyone around the World is interested in, what he/she has to say. Personally I think that Russia is involved with this case as it played a role in the attack against Estonian web pages. |
