I have been using IPstat.com services at my Virtual Storage over two years. Now I was going to check my statistics as usual, but instead of that I found this text:

After 10 years of free counter service, IPstat.com ends.
Due to hardware failure and lack of a usable backup all data is gone.

So you could say, that risks were not handled correctly. Well - life is.
