I do not know, what has happen, and who has liked my blog, but thanks anyway. Now my writings are more available at Google search and I’ll get better visibility for my writings.
I think that I would really be happy with Google PageRank 6 or 7, but I’m not sure, if that is realistic.
Best Car Finder is an online car leasing web site, where you can search, evaluate and lease cars. The company operates at UK and has years of experience in automobile leasing industry. The benefits with Best Car Finder are: free nationwide delivery, free collection, road taxes included and fixed monthly costs, which help you with budget planning. Here’s few examples about the prices, if found from the site:
 Audi A3 Cabriolet 2.0 TDI 2dr, diesel. Business Price: £348.05 + vat
Chrysler Grand Voyager 5dr 2.8 Crd, diesel. Business Price: £279.00 + vat There are several other cars available from categories like Alfa Romeo, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, Honda etc. I think that leasing is a good and economical solution with low risks. When you are using leasing, you do not need big capital or loan to get started, and and this reduces your risks. I think that leasing benefits increase with bigger investments, like cars. And with good leasing contracts, you can actually reduce your costs, when considering a purchase of an own car.
If you are considering Car Leasing at UK, do not hesitate to check Best Car Finder web site, to find the best opportunities. Just fill the Quotation Form with your personal details and desired car details.

When you are planning to set up a virtual community platform, you have to consider the technology used with your effort. Drupal has been quite popular open source software, and is used for example at NowPublic. Some companies have built their own content management software, but I’m not skilled enough to do that by myself and I do not have money to hire a programmer(s). After having discussions with other site managers, I have decided to start with Joomla. I was first going to try out Drupal, but I have heard, that it may be hard to figure out, and that may cause problems later.
Joomla is:
Joomla! is one of the most powerful Open Source Content Management Systems on the planet. It is used all over the world for everything from simple websites to complex corporate applications. Joomla! is easy to install, simple to manage, and reliable.Â
First I had considered Joomla just as a content management and publishing software, but later I have found out, that it also supports collaboration and community, and it can be used to support community based portals.
And one more thing … My web host’s xpanel has Joomla ready, so I can install it with few clicks.
Yesterday I made a contract about security planning for a company, and now my financing for my next web site is sure. I’m going to set up a social web site, which will be online, from the very beginning. I’m planning to establish the site next Thursday or Friday. I have evaluated, that it will take about two years to build the site, because I’m not doing it full-time, but only weekends and holidays. (I’m not planning to quit my job at information management before I can be sure, that I’ll make my living with my web earnings) Now I’m searching for suitable components for my web site. I’m planning to use open source components, Facebook interface features and tools like Yahoo Pipes, but I’m quite sure, that I’ll have to also purchase some Web Design Software. I’ve done some programming, but I rather use wizard, because they are faster to learn and use. AntSoft’s SWF Menu is a powerful Flash Menu Builder, that helps you create impressive and professional Flash menu within 3 steps.
The program offers Flash menu with auto-width, macro-style templates, tree-view templates that support external XML, sounds customization, dynamic template changing, HTML code viewing and copying, automatic menu updating, image customization, multiple language characters and publishing wizards. Providing multi-level Flash menu with fully customizable text, font, link, background, border style, shadow style and pop-up effects without any programming skill.

There is a possibility to download the software for free 30 day trial, so I think I’ll have to try it out.
