Vox is quite easy to learn and use. You can choose a template to your blog, but as far as I know, you cannot influence that much on the structure and modules. There are several useful modules like recent comments, profile, links, videos etc. But you cannot easily pick up the ones, you wish to have.
But I have not been that active user with the Vox community and because the Kirnu, it is more likely, that I’ll never will.

Vox is really looking nice I just visited it, because of its focus on culture sharing it looks more attractive for people from all backgrounds.
