I have made some progress with my new site, but there is one major bug, which prevents the usage of the site and I’m waiting for some advice from my web host at the moment.
Meanwhile I spent some time for searching for free Joomla templates and I made this found: Joomla Template builder. Now this seems to be all I need at the moment.
With builder, you can create the template with wanted structure, colors, logo etc. I’m going to give it a try and report more, if it was suitable.

it’s hardly free. you have to pay $39 for the myTemplate thing.

You don’t have to pay for the template. The template is optional, if you want it. But why would you, it’s ugly. In either case, the builder is free to use.

But (like Mike said), it’s not free. Why would they tell you to buy the myTemplate from JoomlaShack if you don’t need it? I suspect this blog is just a promo by JoomlaShack to fool people into linking through to the Template Builder nad, ultimately, spending $39.

Either way, it’s not very good. :-\
they SHOULD use a visual way to change things, dragging borders, dragging and dropping modules, dragging and dropping images. This module builder is simply to complex.

Hey i looked at it that is ridicules that you have to pay to use the template you made…. is there a way to get it for free for to make the same one oyur self?

This whole blog post if fake only to try to promote their “free” builder when in fact it’s not nor is it any good. SPAM ALERT.

On the other hand I paid for it ($24 not $39) and it works well for me. You have to spend a few minutes with it but once you learn it, its very useful. Turns out the template is GPL, so you can use it for several sites.
