I presented my new blog to few friends of mine, and they both gave me the same feedback: edit you theme, or search better one.

I’m not that skilled with .php, but I sure can do some changes to the style sheet and the structure of the blog. I also found a lot of different themes in the http://themes.wordpress.net.

The only problem is, that I like the current one. I do like the simple structure with one column for post and smaller sidebar for links, adds and other stuff. But my friend were right, that I should do something, and the best time to do changes is now, when the blog is not that popular.

I think I’ll do some changes in coloring and texture. I’m also planning to make a header picture. Well you’ll soon see, what I come up with.

Now I’ve managed to choose my theme  and I decided to stay with the default one. I just did little modification with the header and sidebar.

I added some ads to hopefully get some earnings and sitemeter to follow up, if there is any visitor here yet, and to see, how my promotion will work. I also added the sitemeter to my promotion page.

Next thing to do is to add the blog to blog lists, and turn my every link to point at here.

So now I have moved to the next phase with my enterprise and I have established my first “payed” blog. Buying an own blog with own domain gives more opportunities and better deals with web earnings. Now my next steps are to style my blog, install counters, add the blog to blog lists and promote the blog with different ways. And about after one month I hope, I’ll be able to start writing.
