They've <a href="http://michaelsync.net/2007/04/11/things-you-should-know-before-using-sitemeter/" rel="nofollow">started pushing ad cookies</a> with the counter cookies. Use Google Analytics instead, you'll get better stats too. :) By the way, the single page layout blows. Seriously. I’d recommend throwing the SiteMeter as far as you can.
